Terrific effort from the 2nd team today.
A bad toss to lose on a pitch that was very helpful to bowling early on. A tricky start but Richard steadied the ship with a really good knock to get us going, well supported by Krish.
This set the stage for an awesome innings by Ben including 4 sixes which got us to over 150 in 35 overs.
3 early wickets for Ben including outstanding catches by Straz and Ben combined with tight bowling by Jack ensured we were well ahead after the rain break and good further bowling by Krish, Straz and Will ensured a comfortable win in the end.
Well done to all the team. Tried really hard and outplayed the opposition in all the key areas, Ben MOM.

Richard Carter: The two early catches were crucial; Ben’s caught and bowled off his boot was phenomenal.. Martin’s wicket keeping was also brilliant; standing up made a big difference. Thanks Luke for your leadership today too
